Can’t fault the practice or the staff! Such a friendly and welcoming vets. Despite what my very anxious nervous sausage dog thinks, all vets are so kind and patient towards him (and me!) last night saw Ben the vet who was very tolerant and patient of Frank and provided some great advice. All receptionists are always so kind and welcoming. We are glad we found you!

I have had a health roller coaster of a year with my nine rabbits and all the staff at Adelaide have been nothing short of absolutely marvellous. The reception team are kind, compassionate and extremely helpful and Luke and Cassidy have supported me and my buns through a tough year and I will be forever grateful to them. I highly recommend Adelaide Vets for amazing care of your pets - especially rabbits.

We took our cat for her annual check up and jabs last week - delighted to have been seen by Miguel this visit! He is so friendly and always super caring towards our girl - we really admire the way he always takes time to greet and talk quietly to her before anything else. Our very own Cat Whisperer - Thank you Adelaides for having such great staff.

Not good,,my beautiful cat now passed, diagnosis not acceptable,, treatment , not acceptable, still unhappy missing my best friend, Lost confidence here, took my other elderly cat to a different vet, I was earning enough money per month, to pay for her chemo, I didnt work full time for the bills, it seems this vet like many,do not treat animals individually,rather than in stage levels , steroids is not always the answer,chemo uusually is, where has the care gone for pets, I'll tell you, vets are being taking over, by bigger businesses its all about the money!!. Thank you to that particular receptionist, who asked me if my car was going for a cremation, before she had even died , lack of professionalism and empathy, Looking for an independent family caring practice now .

Adelaide veterinary practice is a five star vets. Warm, friendly and caring staff from reception to nurses to vets. My dog is well cared for there, she’s happy so I’m happy. Each vet, the nurses and reception staff are all just lovely. Have been taking my pets, cats and dogs, there for many years and will continue to do so.

A wonderful team of vets, nurses & receptionists that truly care. I have never found a vet or practice as compassionate as the team at Adelaide. In particular Scott is amazing & so kind. They never overcharge & are always very generous with treatment options. We’d never go anywhere else & we couldn’t recommend them enough.
