Very good service indeed. They provide an excellent standard of care and really good prices. Super qualified head vet and she really treated my cat with humanity and dignity in his final moments. They even sent a condolences card which I'm very grateful for and was super kind of them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Never again! 6 months ago I brought my dog there to see what Is wrong with her and I bought her in! So I bought her in to vets4pets! I had a rude vet who didn't know what she was doing! She dropped my dog and my dog wet her sleve and the rude vet just work out! Anther vet came in and she was nice! But she sad my dog had to be put down! So my dog put down! Then they phoned me and said they fired the rude vet and a couple of weeks later I had a condolences card for sorry for your lost!

I love this vet practice. They are kind and caring and happy to help you in an emergency. I have an older cat and she's had her teeth done here and recently an ingrown claw sorted. We unfortunately lost a pet earlier this year and the vet was informative and professional when dealing with us at a very difficult time. The practice sent us a card after which we were very touched by. I appreciate the professionalism and care offered by Vets for Pets Totton as does my cat 😺

Pretty incompetent so far, we had a prescription for our cats weight, they gave us the prescription for a large cat but didn't note down the weight and now were unsure the prescription is even correct. Now we've been told we have to take her back for another weighing which is not convenient

Gold standard service and care. Thank you Judith, Agatha and the whole vet nurse and reception team for taking such good care of our dog Dusty. We were always offered same day appointments when she was unwell, the communication was excellent, her care compassionate and professional. We felt she was in the best hands and are so grateful for your hard work.

My husband rang on Thursday 17th July. Our dog was in a collapsed condition. Your website advised this as urgent, contact Vet immediately. We were told no appointment available that day, but to call next day to try and get one of only 2 emergency appointments. We were not permitted to book at that time. Not acceptable! No care in our time of need.

We've been a customer of vets4pets for 7 years now and cannot fault their service. Our cat recently passed and they were so helpful and attentive with sorting his cremation. We received a sympathy card, and a beautiful package with the engraved box we paid for for his ashes. The advice and support has been amazing and we'd highly recommend this branch.
