Brook House Veterinary Centre is a small-animal practice established in the 1960s and is part of CVS (UK) Limited. The practice is set up for routine care and in-house diagnostics (X‑ray and ultrasound), with on-site dental facilities. Reviews describe appointments being “easily available,” a nurse helping with claw clipping for an “annoyed” cat, and a case where a feral pigeon was managed with infection-control precautions (asked to wait outside due to possible avian flu) before the vets explained options and proceeded with euthanasia.

Always get good service at this vets. Appointments are easily available and i have recently enrolled my cat onto the healthy pet club. Special praise for Rebecca who was incredibly patient and kind in cutting my very annoyed cats claws.

Difficult to explain as my cat has complex problems due to a cancerous condition. But I have been given good advice and I'm hoping that it can be managed.

I found a local feral pigeon that was suffering from string foot. I took him to the reception and they asked me to wait outside as she could have avian flu, which was proactive for health of other pets, and then their senior vetinarian inspected her and with the advice of another vet explained the best options for her care. Although the case was severe enough to need euthanasia, the kindness, informative and genuine care all at the team had makes me confident it was the right decision and I would recommend their care for any pet owner. Thank you to all who helped today!

We have been at these vets for years. We said goodbye to one of our cats there. We have been quite happy but in recent months the service has really gone down hill. No continuity of care, really unhelpful attitudes of reception staff and taking payments without providing the service paid for. It is time to move elsewhere. Very sad

Me and my partner booked in our cat with Becky the receptionist at chandlers ford. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. She booked us in to brook house where rebecca the nurse was brilliant, so helpful and really wonderful with our cat sapphire. Would really recommend the excellent service. 10/10
