We've received very good advice and help from the vets and nurses. Vicky on reception is always welcoming and happy to see us as are the dogs when she gives them treats. The only negative is the lack of air conditioning, the waiting area and particularly the consulting rooms so lack in air and are stuffy. Well done to the staff who have to cope with it. Come on Animed, get the air conditioning installed😉

The team at Animed are brilliant. Vicky who works on reception at the Hedge End branch is always so welcoming and helpful. Our pets have been well looked after by this veterinary practice since we moved to the area 3 years ago and we are very happy with the service. Thank you all for being so caring.

Being my first time registering a pet I was super anxious about the whole process but from start to finish Vicki the receptionist guided me through the whole process and what to do! I brought my kitten in for his first jabs and immediately felt warmed and welcomed, everyone is friendly and amazing with my beautiful boy! Book appointments is easy and his second jobs went amazing aswell! I've felt super relaxed throughout and everyone has been helpful with everything ive asked! I've already recommended my partner to move here and will continue to recommend Animed to friends and family! Thank you so much for everything you do! I've attached some photos of my boy! He loves the vet and the people in it :)
